Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Maison Lumée and any person making a purchase on the website (hereinafter "the Customer"). Any order placed on the website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are described and presented with the utmost care. Maison Lumée cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions in this presentation.

3. Prices

Product prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs which are specified before order confirmation. Maison Lumée reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, the applicable price being that in force at the time of the order.

VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

4. Order

Confirmation of the order constitutes acceptance of these GTC. Maison Lumée reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order or in the event of suspected fraud.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The website uses a secure payment platform. Payment information is never stored by Maison Lumée.

6. Delivery

Maison Lumée delivers to mainland France and within the European Union. Shipping times are generally between 7 and 14 business days from the confirmation of the order. In accordance with article L216-2 of the Consumer Code, if delivery does not occur within 30 days after the announced indicative date, the Customer may terminate the contract under the conditions provided by law.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Maison Lumée grants its customers a withdrawal period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the product, without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty, with the exception of return costs which remain the responsibility of the Customer (unless we have made an error). To exercise this right, please contact us at contactmaisonlumee@gmail.com before the deadline expires.

8. Legal Guarantees

  • Legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code): 2 years
  • Guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code): 2 years from the discovery of the defect

9. Liability

Maison Lumée cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract in the event of stockout, force majeure, or improper use of the products by the Customer, particularly concerning electronic components and the integrated battery in the product.

10. Personal Data

The processing of the Customer's personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
