Right of Withdrawal
At Maison Lumée, you have a period of 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to change your mind — well beyond the legal minimum of 14 days.
Return Conditions
- Must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition
- Must be accompanied, if possible, by its original packaging and accessories
- Must not have suffered damage due to misuse
How to Make a Return
- Contact us at contactmaisonlumee@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return within 30 days of receipt
- We will provide you with return instructions and the return address within 48 business hours
- Carefully package the product and ship it to the indicated address
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or does not match the order.
Refund
Once the return is received and verified, you will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method as used for the purchase.
Defective or Non-Compliant Product
If you receive a product that is defective or different from your order, contact us immediately at contactmaisonlumee@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the defect. Return shipping costs will be covered by Maison Lumée, and we will offer you a replacement or a full refund.
Legal Guarantees
- Legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code): 2 years
- Guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code): 2 years from the discovery of the defect
