Maison Lumée delivers in metropolitan France and in European Union countries. For any requests outside these zones, please contact us at contactmaisonlumee@gmail.com.
Shipping Times
Our products are shipped from our partner warehouses. Shipping time is generally between 7 and 14 business days from the validation and payment of your order.
Order Tracking
As soon as your package is shipped, an email containing a tracking number will be sent to you.

- Metropolitan France Standard: €7.99 (free for orders over €50)
- Metropolitan France Express: €10.99
- European Union: €22.00
- International: €29.00
Delay or Unreceived Package
Contact us at contactmaisonlumee@gmail.com with your order number. In accordance with article L216-2 of the Consumer Code, if delivery does not occur within 30 days after the announced indicative date, you may request the termination of the contract.

Take photos and contact us quickly at contactmaisonlumee@gmail.com with these photos and your order number.
